Carvings in Orangeville, Ontario
Orangeville is a small town northwest of Toronto.  Artists have made carvings from the tree stumps of trees that have died, and they can be seen throughout the town.  The town was a major hub for the area back in the 1800-1900's; a local meeting place where everyone would come to buy and sell their wares, back in the "old" days.  The town is brimming with history and has a very strong artists community.  Go to www.pixelsofpeace.com to find out about more Ontario communities and to share your memories!
