Hey all!
So here it goes: My boyfriend and I are planning on moving to Vancouver sometime with in the next couple of years, but here is the thing. This Summer we are traveling Canada, as well as Cali, looking for places to live and colleges to go to. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good places to stop were? Perhaps good colleges or places to live? I am not big on the city idea but I am willing to give it a shot.. I just got to know how to work in a city. Any tips are welcome. I am open for meeting up with people there and hanging out of anyone else is interested. I am always looking for new people to meet.
Thank you!!!

Preferably ones that have majors in psychology with perhaps a minor in journalism?
I am also interested in cosmetology (Despite the fact that I am kind of a tomboy.) and Marine Biology. |

Hey, if you are looking for a place with decent public transit but still with a small town feel, then I'd look for a place in Port Moody, Coquitlam, or Pitt Meadows. You'll be looking at about $600-$700 per month for a one bedroom rental in these areas but they are beautiful places with good hiking trails and walks. The North Shore mountains are good for cheap snowboarding in the winter but you will have to go to the island in the Tofino area for surfing. It really is an amazing place to live around here as long as you don't mind the rain. If you need someone to show you aroung a little bit, let me know.
