I recently visited our neighbour New Zealand for a mountain bike competition, and while I was there inquired about Eco travel and facilities throughout the country.  New Zealand is such a diverse and stunning country, tropical style beaches in the north, rich dense rainforests, ice encased mountains and broad plains in between.  I was very encouraged to discover a large interest in eco tourism and preservation.  So if anyone is thinking of going green for a holiday here is a few links to New Zealand; eco and organic way to travel.  There are lists of eco accommodation, organic produce and dining as well as experiences/tourism destinations.
