With a break in the PKRA competitions, I have been living out of a proper wardrobe instead of my exploding travel bag and making the most of the epic spring conditions in North Wales.

When I got back from France and Tarifa, my good friend and inspiration, Jo Wilson came to stay.  She was on her way to do a coaching clinic in Blackpool and had spotted the good forecast for North Wales.

We had some awesome sessions at West Shore and over at Rhosneigr, warmed up mid session by our impromptu hot smoothie brakes in Nineteen in Llandudno… thanks for mopping up after we wandered around in our dripping wetsuits and harnesses!

I love being at home for a while as I get to hang out with my dogs and my mum, catch up with the North Wales Turbulence crew, kite our epic spots and EVENTUALLY get to have a long awaited West Shore session with Ali Battered!  WAHOO!
