This weekend myself and the other Turbulence Angel clan stormed into Penmaenmawr to help out at the Thundercats event and offer all who attended free power kite lessons.  As the purr of the Thundercat’s engines softened in the distance as the tide went out at lunch time, we bounced into action and took over the beach with powerkiting and buggying demonstrations and free lessons for anyone who ventured off the promenade and onto the beach.

Many of the wanna-be kite flyers were converted and we struggled to get our power kites back more than once!  There is now threatening to be a mass exodus from Penmaenmawr to West Shore every Wednesday evening for an insurgence on the North Wales Power Kite Club sessions by Penmaenmawr residents!!  And I’m not just talking about the kids! 

So a thanks goes to Thundercats for including North Wales in their UK Tour and for inviting the Angels to join them!
