To everyone who lives in (or is visiting) Melbourne, Australia... would you like to get involved in an outdoor Summer Group Workout? It's happening at Albert Park Lake on Saturday 6th February 9.30-10.30am.

It will be a great opportunity to meet new people and get a good workout at the same time. Girls and guys both welcome - feel free to bring as many friends as you like. The workout will be run by a university qualified and registered personal trainer with 15 years experience in the fitness industry (me!).
