Support the Great work of Alzheimer's Australia NSW and me in my FUN RUN!

I will be running in the sutherland 2 Surf for the second time! I am so excited to compete in this race in July 2010!

I broke my back last year and I am super stoked that I am well enough to now be running and competing in a race!

I am dedicating my run to my GORGEOUS Grandpa who passed away from Alzheimer's in 2008. I think the work that is needed to cope with this disease and care for those with it is enormous, they need all the support they can get!

I can't wait to do this great event and to think of my Grandpa who would be so proud of me and who always did enjoy a "jolly good walk"!
