I'm back climbing and swimming.

I'm totally unfit from a winter of no exercise which is infuriating. i did the odd bit of climbing but not much in the way of swimming and now I'm paying for it,. Not fair. 

Will be back kitesurfing in Mayo in August wind/weather cooperating. And after that I may go to the ASP in south west France or to the PKRA in Holland. 

Holland is talking to me for the simple reason that...maybe Ruben Lenten and Kevin Langaree and Youri Zoon all in the same place...my mind is screaming about the idea.
