Such a mixture. I'm more of a "song" person, rather than someone who obsessively listens to a few artists all the time.

Research the country/place as thoroughly as you can. Obvious, but you'd be surprised by how many people I know who are shocked by even the basic culture in that country.

Ooooh? I'm a nineteen-year-old management student, originally from Aberdeen but studying in Dundee. I'm all about the smiles and the unicorns and the positive thinking. But I'm also tough as nails, & count Silence of the Lambs as my favourite movie ever made. After a few years in limbo with the whole travel thing I'm finally planning to get off my derriere & see places again. I was dragged from country to country as a kid, but being a socially awkward teenager made me reluctant to either a) find a travel buddy or b) go myself. I'm over all that now & plan to live my life!
